Corporate structure
Fronys operates the O.W.N. behavioral program. Clinical services are provided by Psychintegra Behavioral Health — A Fronys Company — a licensed practice operating in PA, VA, TX and FL. The non-clinical O.W.N. program is offered in all 50 states.
Not medical care
The O.W.N. System is system-based behavioral optimization. It is not an acute emergency service and not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. The program never asks anyone to begin, stop, reduce or change prescribed treatment, and treatment status plays no part in acceptance.
Screening boundary
Submitting information or completing screening does not establish a patient-provider relationship.
Program terms
The 90-day program is partially refundable — pro-rata for the unused portion minus a non-refundable administrative fee, issued within 5 business days. Monthly memberships renew automatically, carry no refunds, cancel at period end, and cap at one year absent a written extension request. Full commitment terms are disclosed itemized before purchase and again at checkout.
Conduct
Membership requires adherence to system rules, mutual accountability, personal agency, active participation and constructive forum conduct. Removal conditions are stated in the program agreement.
